10 door frame production machines, the daily output is 1,600 sets of door frames and architraves. The thickness of the wall matching the door frame is 90-330mm. For special walls, we will produce extended door frames and assembly door frames. The produced wpc door frame can meet the needs of most customers.

The wpc moulded door workshop mainly produces wpc moulded doors (pvc laminated doors). The daily output of 16 door leaf production lines is 1,300 door leaves. The structure of wpc molded door is 2 door skins + filler + wooden dragon skeleton,then put in the press machine for 4 hours, then move to auto-matic workshop. The fillers of the wpc door are PU foam board, honeycomb paper and bridge hole board. The standard size of the door leaf is 2100*900*45mm. In addition, the custom size range of our door leaf is (2000-2400)mm*(500-1050)mm*(35-45)mm.

3 profile extrusion lines. The daily output is 1000 wpc hollow doors. The thickness of the door leaf of wpc hollow doors (composite door/polymer door) is 40mm/45mm. The surface thickness of the profile is 5mm/7mm. The width of the door leaf can be 500-910mm.

5 fully automatic paint production lines. The daily output is 300 painting doors. wpc painting door is a high-end interior door in wpc door, deeply loved by customers. At present, Yingkang adopts fully automatic paint for wpc doors, which can make each door achieve 99.9% completeness and perfection.

The WPC Vacuum door is made of WPC hollow board as the base material. After the pattern is formed by engraving machine, it is finely polished, sprayed with special glue, and covered with PVC film after secondary polishing. It is resistant to scratches, heat, stains, and fading. At the same time, it is rich in color, realistic wood grain, pure and bright monochrome color, and can present a variety of styles to meet the aesthetic needs of different consumers.

Two large packaging workshops, 10 sets of packaging lines. Before packing the door, we will make QC check and repair the side to make it smooth. The packaging is usually three-layer corrugated paper + pearl cotton + protective corners.
