Raw Materials

Production Process

A wpc door is made through 28 processes, including door skin extrusion, shaping, filming, making modeling, placing the wooden skeleton, filling, bonding with glue, sealing the side of the door, unlocking the lock hole, and packing , Loading and so on.

No Color Difference

When you receive the wpc door, there is no color difference from your order. We will strictly control the production process.

AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINES

Dongren doors has three automatic production lines. The process of automatic production line mainly includes cutting redundant door cover, edge sealing, locking tongue hole and hinge hole. Advanced machinery and equipment can reduce our production time, fast delivery. At the same time, we can also use the equipment to accurately grasp the size of customers.

About Us

Dongren doors is a brand of Henan Jiuyixing Building Materials Co., Ltd., located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. Our factory covers an area of more than 120,000 ㎡ and is also the largest wpc door factory in China.

Custom size

Door leaf width: 500mm-1050mm
Door leaf thickness: 35mm/38mm/40mm/45mm
Applicable wall thickness of door frame: 100mm-260mm , as well as 270mmde assembly frame and extension sleeve
Door skin thickness: 1.5mm-6mm, conventional door skin thickness is 2mm.

Custom color

There are about 300+ colors for you to choose.At present, we have prepared more than 50 color options for you, which are the most highly evaluated colors in customer orders and are stocked all year round;
Two color processes are for your reference: one is a hot compress process, the surface of the door skin is smooth; the other is a cold pasting process, the surface of the door skin can maintain the texture.

Custom style

The factory has 200+ molds for your reference.
If you have your own design, we can customize the exclusive mold for you and sign a confidentiality agreement for you.

Customized packaging

3 layers of corrugated paper + pearl cotton + protective corner.
For door leaf packaging: provide logo design, trademark;
For door frame packaging: the horizontal head is packaged separately, and the vertical board is packaged separately to avoid breakage;
For door skin packaging: pallet packaging + pearl cotton.
