Q：Where is your factory located? How can we visit there?
A：Located near Xuzhou Guanyin Airport in Jiangsu Province. The nearest airport is Xuzhou Guanyin Airport, and it takes approximately one hour to travel from the airport to our factory.
Q：Is it far from Guangzhou, Shanghai, Foshan….?
A：Because we are located in central China, very close to Shanghai. If you fly here from southern China, it usually takes 2 hours from Guangzhou and 1.5 hours from Shanghai...
Q：Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A：Yes,we can. You are free to share your drawing firstly , then we talk in details. If we can’t make, we will also inform you ASAP.
Q：What’s your policy for samples?
A：For small sample 30*20cm, we can offer for free. For complete set, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But all sample charge could be return to you in formal order.
Q：Do you supply hardware?
A：Generally, we only produce interior doors without any hardware. If you need hardware small quantity, we can purchase for you, If you need large amount, we’d love to recommend the suitable hardware supplier according to your requirements.
Q：What’s your trade terms and payment term?
A：Trade Term fyi is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF.
Payment Term is 30% deposit by before mass production, the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).
Q：What’s your loading port and delivery time?
A：Port of Loading: Shanghai Port or Qingdao Port, China.
Delivery Time is 25 days since get the 30% TT deposit.
